Larina recently assisted Rod Christie-Miller acting for Earl Spencer and Lady Kitty Spencer, winning a defamation claim against the Sunday Express and obtaining vindication through a Statement in Open Court, a published apology and payment of substantial damages and all of their legal costs from the newspaper.
Larina has considerable experience in both commercial litigation and intellectual property. Larina has advised music royalty collecting societies and recovered royalties for the benefit of musicians, songwriters and record companies. Larina has also acted to protect rights holders in claims of copyright infringement and piracy relating to music and films.
