Some of the biggest names in entertainment from film, TV, music, fashion and comedy have turned to us to use the law to help protect their privacy, their reputations and their contractual rights.

We apply our command of the law to enable us to protect the privacy of clients. In some cases, where stories would unlawfully invade a person’s rights without good cause, we can often stop them being published altogether.  In fact, most of our work involves working for clients before a story is published.  Our commitment to discretion and confidentiality prevents us from detailing these examples.

We also act for clients after stories have been published about them, using the laws of defamation and privacy, to seek corrections, apologies and damages.  Our expertise and tenacity provide vindication for our clients and we often achieve early settlements.  If it is necessary to proceed to trial to achieve full vindication of a client’s reputation, we have a track record of winning high profile cases.

We also act for clients in intellectual property matters, when they have suffered infringements to their brand.  In such cases, we work closely with them to protect the value of their intellectual property.
