Danielle Lloyd wins libel case and secures apology from Star on Sunday Newspaper
Download a PDF of the Statement in Open CourtA Court heard today that model Danielle Lloyd has secured an Apology from the Star on Sunday Newspaper, which accepts that allegations they made concerning her private life were untrue and should never have been published.
A donation of damages at her request was made to The Linda McCartney Memorial Trust, and all of her legal costs were reimbursed.
