Ozzy Osbourne wins apology and substantial damages from the Daily Star

Express Newspapers, the publishers of the Daily Star, have publicly apologised to our client, Ozzy Osbourne, over a libellous article published by the Daily Star on 21 February 2008. entitled "Ozzy's Freak Show".
Express Newspapers have also agreed to publish an apology and pay our client substantial damages and his legal costs. Ozzy Osbourne will be donating the damages from this case to his wife's charity, The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program.
