Jones v Jones: new divorce ruling by the Court of Appeal muddies the waters of asset splits

When Victoria Jones was awarded just 20 percent of the marital assets following her divorce from multi-millionaire businessman Gareth Jones it was only a matter of time before the appeal would throw into question the developments made in recent years for equal sharing of marital goods, a sea of change that has seemingly failed to materialise.
