David Walliams and Lara Stone win apology and damages from Splash photo agency.
The legal complaint brought by David Walliams and Lara Stone for harassment and invasion of privacy has concluded in the couple's favour.
In an apology published on its homepage today, Splash has conveyed its regret for making photographs available for publication which had been taken by paparazzi photographers following David and Lara while they spent the day together in London. The agency has also reimbursed all legal costs and paid the couple significant damages.
