Our reputation is this field was confirmed in November 2002 when our client Shan Lambert was awarded a £10m divorce settlement. It was the first time a woman gained 50% of the assets of her marriage in a big money divorce. And it heralded the end of discrimination against wives in financial relief proceedings.

Our experience in managing large, complex commercial litigation with an international element provides a wealth of expertise for locating a spouses' assets - especially when those assets are held abroad or through nominees.

And our media management experience enables us to anticipate breaches of privacy involving the media, and ensure that our clients' financial positions and private lives are protected during divorce proceedings. It is experience that has proved invaluable for many well-known clients engaged in matrimonial disputes in recent years.

Apart from big money divorces, we assist married and unmarried individuals in all areas of family law, procedure and practicalities.
