How we have helped:
Following a near miss, a FTSE 350 business wanted to understand the impact and likelihood of losing confidential data and what measures would be proportionate.
We worked with our client to help them understand the severity and likelihood of various business risks.
With the client we identified a three stepped approach. We helped them to tighten data and security policies to ensure they fitted current best practice. Provided education to the board and senior managers on the risks they faced personally and trained all staff on new vulnerabilities emanating from a ‘bring your own device’ culture.
The resulting outcome meant that the organisation was better equipped to withstand the severity and impact of the risk.
