2008 International Bar Association Conference

Rachel Atkins is a member of the International Bar Association, the world’s leading organisation of international legal practitioners. Within it, she is a member of the Committee of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Group.

Rachel will be part of a panel discussion on 'Protection of Information in different jurisdictions around the world'. The panel will deal with issues such as cross-border protection of information and sanctions for its misuse, the extent of solicitor/client privilege, especially in the context of multi jurisdiction litigation, and also consider what other advisers can take advantage of such privilege/confidence.
