Being a Schillings trainee is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and career. It could also lead to a full-time fee-earning role when you qualify. In fact, one of our Partners started his career as a Schillings trainee.
From your first week, you'll work on client files under the supervision of a team Partner. And during the two-year training contract, you'll work in all our teams, rotating to a new team every six months.
You'll also benefit from a secondment to a client's office to work in their non-contentious department. Previous secondments have been organised with Google, Tiscali and Jamie Olivers company Sweet as Candy, as well as other high-profile brand names.
Applications for training contracts must be received by 31 July two years before the year for which you are applying. For example, for training contracts commencing September 2012, applications should be submitted by 31 July 2010.
